Project description: A residential development in the growing town of Bowen, Queensland to provide 22, 3 bedroom town houses.
Highgate’s role: Highgate has been appointed by Lynter Group to project manage the completion of the development. Work has included completing due diligence, preparing proforma off the plan sales contract, and preparation of construction contract documentation and procurement of a lump sum contractor. Highgate worked closely with Lynter and their finance broker to effect the senior loan for the development. Highgate appointed the builder and is now managing the project through to completion.
