Waverton, NSW – Business Case
Client: NSW Transport – Roads and Maritime Services
Highgate’s Role: Original brief was to produce a Business Case based on three concept options identified NSW Maritime’s retained engineers, TLB. Due to heritage advice and pressures from Council, further design development took place such that the final report examined and carried out feasibilities on nine alternatives, short listing three, before making a final recommendation.
The scope included obtaining planning advice, heritage advice, liaising with Council, and working with NSW Maritime retained engineers to produce the refined alternatives, carrying out an assessment of likely mooring fees and demand; preparing feasibilities for each of the nine alternatives, and making a final recommendation taking into account all relevant factors.
