Project description: High-end retirement village in Mosman, setting a new benchmark in village amenities, quality and price.
Highgate’s role: Highgate was appointed to manage the development of this up market retirement village in Mosman. The accommodation offered was a mixture of large apartments and smaller studios over a community building comprising dining areas, commercial kitchen, medical suites and hairdressing salon and administration areas. Villas were also provided on the second and third stages of the development. The village included a substantial ozone treated lap pool accessed from a landscaped podium.
