Project description: Design and construction of a 4,000m2 high tech office including 3 levels of basement car parking and a back up generator power supply. The tenant was a rapidly growing software business that was looking for a headquarters that provided a strong image inside and out and which will allow flexibility to alter the workspace layout in future. The building was constructed to achieve a Green Star rating of 4 stars.
