Project description: Highgate conceived Student accommodation project
Highgate’s role: Highgate successfully convinced UTS to purchase the old woolstore. This only occurred after Highgate had provided an impressive business case, which also involved establishing a development structure for the University, enabling them to undertake the work without invoking loan Council applications. The job of constructing the project was awarded to St Hilliers.
