The team were appointed by Powerlink Queensland to review and expand the existing estimating database that had been historically created within the Powerlink Organisation. The desired outcome was to create a more transparent tool that allowed greater detail in the database with particular focus on Civil and Structural disciplines.

- Worked across a number of business functions to ensure the work satisfied concept, delivery and financial reporting functions.
- Worked within the bespoke Powerlink estimating tool.
- Worked closely with the internal estimating and management team to understand the current processes and where they needed development and what could actually be achieved within the current structure and to satisfy the changing environment that the Organisation was experiencing.
