Project description: 3,000m2 office and 6,000m2 warehouse with 214 basement car spaces. The tenant was a pharmaceutical company and had some special cooling storage requirements for a section of the warehouse.
Highgate’s role: Highgate’s team were engaged as Project Managers for the Design and Construction of this project. The distinctive design with the contractor procured on a D&C contract with sufficient latitude to apply ‘buildability’ initiatives in a client participatory value engineering process in order to deliver the design intent within a budget.
