Role: Michael Jessett acted for Burns Bridge as Project Director Procurement managing the preparation of the Project Definition Plan (Business Case) and obtaining NSW Treasury and NSW Health approval to proceed with a PPP form of delivery for the $730m project.
Michael also managed the preparation of the procurement documentation for the $100m Research and Education building which forms a part of the campus redevelopment. The project included intensive risk workshops that provided the basis for establishing the procurement strategy and documentation.
David Hume was contracted to the Project Director Procurement where to act as 2ic in the delivery of the project.
Status: Hospital currently under construction. Research building construction completed in 2008.
