Highgate Role: The non performance of a developer’s industrial land sub division in achieving sales was giving the Bank some concerns. Highgate were required to report itemising the developer’s marketing efforts, the success and failures of its marketing efforts, ratifying current enquiries, and making suggestions as to how the marketing could be improved.
The purpose of the report was to guide the Bank’s management of its loan to the developer.
