Project description: 45 architecturally master planned town homes in the popular Gladstone suburb of Telina.
Highgate’s role: Development and Project Management Services – the financiers appointed Highgate after the developer/builder “fell over” (partially complete project). Highgate’s role included the review of viability and resurrecting the project. Highgate was responsible for the full development delivery of the project including design development (re-positioning the development within the market), obtaining modifications to existing approvals, preparation of all tender and contracts, procuring and appointing the builder, contract administration, valuation of builders claims (for the financier), project reporting to financiers, establishment and management of the full sales and marketing process inclusive of agents, sales legals (i.e. management of sales contracts and settlement process).
Completion date: Construction was completed in June 2011with final settlement of town home sales achieved in December 2011.
