On behalf of Sydney Olympic Park Authority, Garry Silk negotiated the legal documentation in the sale of a long lease to Charter Hall for the Park’s ‘town centre’. Commonwealth Bank chose the scheme for its new support facilities, which now houses around 4,000 staff.
