Project description: Refurbishment of inner city commercial office building into one of the world’s largest and most luxurious backpacker accommodation facilities
Highgate’s role: Highgate was engaged to plan and project manage the refurbishment of older ‘Chicago-esque’ commercial office building transforming it into one of the world’s largest and most luxurious backpacker accommodation facilities. The hostel received a NSW Tourism Award and many other accolades and most importantly has maintained occupancy rate in the high 90 percentile.
