The project comprises the residential subdivision of the 5.54 ha site into 41 lots, 38 of which are residential with the remaining allotments being for a pocket park, drainage reserve and a large public reserve.
Highgate Management were appointed to examine the project and make an assessment as to its viability and identify options to optimize the ability for the site owner to progress the development of the site so that they may repay their debt, recoup costs and ideally achieve a return out of the development
