Project description: Refurbishment of the iconic heritage listed building in Balmoral and fitout of high-end restaurant
Highgate’s role: Highgate was engaged by Mosman Council to superintend the base building refurbishment of the existing heritage listed building. The restaurant operator engaged Highgate to oversee the delivery of the fit out. Highgate was required to delineate cost and responsibility between the two parties. All of the works were packaged under a main contract let to Richard Crookes Constructions.
