The Reserve Bank of Australia H.C. Coombs Centre for Financial Studies is a training facility owned & operated by the Bank since 1960. The 5-storey centre is equipped with (11) conference / meeting rooms and (31) guest rooms available to both government agencies & large corporate clients and boasts a stunning main dining room overlooking the city skyline, Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Sydney Harbour.
Highgate Management provided project management on behalf of the Bank throughout the business case / masterplanning / operational enhancement, procurement & construction stages of the project.

The project team successfully overcame significant challenges presented by the Covid 19 pandemic of 2020 / 2021, record rainfall & widespread flooding during 2022 and subsequent cost escalation throughout this period.
Current bookings & patronage have achieved record levels in line with the original business case & consistent with the primary purpose & reputation of the centre.
