Project description: Refurbishments and upgrades throughout most of the building over 14 levels, including heritage features from the building’s former occupiers, Fairfax.
Highgate’s role: Highgate has been managing the delivery of projects under the UTS City Campus Master Plan since 2010. Projects in Building 10 include heritage refurbishment for offices, nursing area and clinical labs, and new short courses facility.
